An ID card or passport or any other identity document for each person occupying the room.
A credit or debit card number is required to check in even if your booking is prepaid.
The official check-in time for your room is from 15:00 hours. However, your room may be available earlier depending on availability.
If you arrive earlier, you can check in, leave your luggage in the luggage room and use all the hotel facilities until your room is available.
Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. If you wish, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy the hotel facilities. If you wish to leave your room until 18:00 hours, please check availability at reception. This service has an extra charge of 35€.
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Ask for access at the reception desk.
Yes, the hotel has a car park exclusively for guests, subject to availability on arrival. It cannot be booked. The price is 20€ per night. The car park is located a few meters from the hotel, in the Hotel Ambassador.
Yes, we have a gym. Its use is free of charge for all hotel guests. The opening hours are from 8:00 to 20:00.
If you book directly on our website you will enjoy the best prices on-line, up to 25% off in our bars, 1 spa session in our Benicaldea wellness centre and for bookings of 8 nights or more you will have a free transfer from the airport. See conditions on the web.
Yes, we have a transfer service. If you have booked directly and if you stay 8 nights or more, the transfer is free.
The transfer service is collective and operated by the company Beniconnect. To make your booking please send your request to reservas@hotelesbenidorm.com providing your booking details and flight details. See conditions on the website.
Just 150 meters from the hotel is our spa & wellness centre, Benicaldea. A place of relaxation that will make you disconnect: Â Thai massages, water circuit, saunas, hot and cold water pools and much more.
Benicaldea, our health and wellness centre, offers its hotel guests a service of authentic Thai massages by its experienced professionals. Please ask at reception for our rates and availability.Â
Please note
Bikinis, swimming costumes are not allowed outside the pool area. Gentlemen are required to wear a shirt or T-shit and long trousers to enter the restaurant during dinner time. During summer dress shorts are permitted
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel.
Groups of farewell parties or other celebrations are not allowed. If you belong to such a group please accept our code of conduct which can be requested at reservas@hotelesbenidorm.com.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Room info
Most of the rooms have two beds. If you would like a double bed, please send your request to riviera@hotelesbenidorm.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee that a double bed will be available if you book a standard room with balcony. However, all exterior King Size Double rooms without balcony have double beds of 2 x 2 meters.
All rooms at the hotel have a walk-in shower.
All rooms have as a welcome gift a tea and coffee set/service for 2 people with a kettle. The refill of this service is 5 euros per week (for 2 persons).
We offer two options:
- Pack of soft drinks + 3 snacks, for 20 euros.
- Pack with alcoholic drinks, for 45 euros.
Safe for 4 euros per day or 20 euros per week. 42-inch television. Wi-fi. The bathroom has a hairdryer.
Rooms are cleaned every day from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm all day. Bed linen is changed 3 times a week and towels are changed every day.
Reduced mobility
We have 2 adapted rooms, with fully adapted bathroom: shower tray with grab bar, adapted toilet, wide door.
This Service is only available from our Hotel Reception on your arrival, due to limited parking and recharging spaces.
Electric wheelchairs are allowed. Charged is free.
We provide a courtesy wheelchair for guests who needs to move between the hotel and the car park across the road.
You can enjoy evening entertainment in the hotel’s lounge bar. Please ask at reception for more information about further entertainment.

Breakfast: 8 am – 10 am
Lunch: 1 pm – 2.30 pm
Dinner: 7 pm – 9 pm

Riviera Terrace Bar: Summer: 9 am – 01:00 am. Shows and live music.
Winter: 9 am – 11 or 12 pm.
Riviera Music Lounge: live music and shows everyday. Hours 7 pm – 3 am
Purpure Bar: no service
We have food suitable for coeliacs. Please inform us when booking.
All our dishes are identified with labels containing allergen information.
Swimming pool
The opening hours are from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.
We do not have a pool bar. However, we do offer other bars such as the Terrace Bar, the Lounge Bar or the Purple Bar. Please do not hesitate to check opening hours at reception. Â
Yes, sun beds and parasols are available by the pool at no extra cost.
Yes, we have towels for the swimming pool and beach. The cost of these is 3 euros per day. Please note that you will have to leave a refundable deposit of 10 euros.
