An ID card or passport or any other identity document for each person occupying the room.
A credit or debit card number is required for check-in even if your booking is prepaid.
The official check-in time for your room is from 15:00 hours.
However, your room may be available earlier depending on availability. If you arrive before 15:00, you will be able to check in, leave your suitcases in the luggage room and enjoy all the hotel facilities until your room is available.
Check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
If you wish, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy the hotel facilities until the time you plan to leave.
If you wish to use your room until 18:00 hours, you can check availability at reception. This service has an extra charge of 42€.
Free wifi is available throughout the hotel. You just need to request access at reception. You will need an email address to access.
Yes, the hotel has exclusive parking for guests. The price is 20€ per night. Subject to availability on arrival at the hotel.
There are parking spaces available for electric cars with charger at a cost.

Yes, the gym is free of charge for all hotel guests. Opening hours from 8:00 to 20:00.

We offer free transfers from Alicante Airport to hotel as one of the advantages of booking directly on the hotel website only for bookings direct with us for minimum stay of 8 nights.
The transfer service is collective and operated by the company Beniconnect. To make your reservation you must send a request to reservas@hotelesbenidorm.com providing your booking details and flight details.
If your booking is not direct with hotel or not of minimum 8 nights you can book your transfer on our section “Transfer” of our website.
Just 150 metres from the hotel is our SPA & Wellness Centre, BENICALDEA.
The first urban SPA in Spain and with the best facilities in Benidorm. A place of relaxation that will make you disconnect: Thai massages, water circuit, saunas, hot and cold water pools and much more.
Our health and wellness centre, Benicaldea, offers its hotel guests a service of authentic Thai massages by its experienced professionals. Appointments and rates, ask at reception.
We have a library room with reading space, and an extensive library. Also 2 computers available with free internet.
To be considered
Bikinis, swimming costumes and bare chests are not allowed outside the swimming pool area. In the restaurant, during dinner, it is compulsory for men to wear long trousers during winter. In summer dress shorts are permitted.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. If you are a smoker, you can only smoke on the terrace of your room. All rooms have a terrace, except the adapted rooms or triple rooms with pool view.
Groups of farewell parties or other celebrations that disturb the tranquillity of the rest of the guests are not allowed. If you belong to such a group please accept our code of conduct which can be requested at reservas@hotelesbenidorm.com.
Information about the rooms
Most of the rooms at Hotel Presidente have 2 beds, so if you prefer 2 beds it is quite likely that we can confirm your request. If your preference is for 1 bed, please send us your request to presidente@hotelesbenidorm.com. We will take note and do our best but we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.
All hotel rooms have a bathroom with shower and bidet. Only the junior suites have a bathtub.
Just change the view. The standard room has a view of the street, of the city.
The baby cot for children from 0 to 23 months is free of charge. It must be requested at the time of booking.
All rooms have as a welcome gift a tea and coffee set/service for 2 people with kettle. Replenishment of this service is 5€/week (2 persons).
We offer two options:
- Pack of non-alcoholic drinks + 3 snacks, price 20€.
- Pack with alcoholic drinks, price 45€.
Safe, 4 €/day or 20 €/week. 42′ TV and wifi. Bathroom with hairdryer, shower or bath and bidet.
Cleaning is from 9:00 to 14:30 every day. Bed linen is changed 3 times a week and towels every day.
Reduced mobility
We have 6 adapted rooms with 29m.
They have a fully adapted bathroom: shower tray with grab bar, adapted toilet, wide door…
These rooms are located on the ground floor, with a large window overlooking the swimming pool. It includes a private space on the pool terrace with sun loungers, for the exclusive use of the guests of this room.
This Service is only available from our Hotel Reception on your arrival, due to limited parking and recharging spaces.

Children and families
The hotel has a children’s swimming pool and a slide area in the pool area. There is also a PLAY ROOM: a new recreation room equipped with televisions, Play Station and arcade machine with more than 1500 games. This service is free of charge.
The baby cot for children from 0 to 23 months is free of charge. It must be requested at the time of booking.

Pool Bar: 11 am – 7 pm only during summer season.
We have food suitable for coeliacs. Please inform us when booking.
All our dishes are identified with labels containing allergen information.
Swimming pool
The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 8.30am to 7pm
Only in summer. Opening hours from 11:00 to 19:00
Yes, they are free but cannot be booked in advance.
Yes, 3€/day + 10€ refundable security deposit.
